The Company has reached a verbal agreement to extend the note until July 31, 2007 As additional consideration for entering into the credit and security agreement, we issued Takeley a common stock purchase warrant to purchase 1,000,000 shares of common stock of IBD, exercisable at $0.33 per share at any time prior to July 14, 2010.
