The Dothan die didn't scale down as much as one would expect for 130nm->90nm. Once I calculated, that Dothan@130nm would be 115mm². The 90nm Opteron has 60% of the 130nm Opteron area. Dothan would be 69mm² if shrinked at AMD's rate.
