Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: USSU) (FRANKFURT: F2S) announces that Jerry Witte, Sr. VP
Geology & Operations has resigned his position, effective immediately. Jerry
will remain in a very active capacity, as a third party consultant in the
extended development of the Bateman Field.
