All the people who need to do the work are in place, and he is paying them out of his own funds (no, I have not received any compensation to date, if that question arises), for which there will be a loan to the company recorded as there has been for the majority of operating expenses incurred by the company to date. I think the propsective customers are pretty much unaware of the company's non-compliant filing situation.
