The ceilings that Kistler puts up are unbreakable. He sets a ceiling and lets it get pounded for tens of millions of shares without any uptick, and then proceeds to bid wack it down until he reaches the next ceiling he wants to sit on with tens of millions of shares. He's tripled the o/s and float of this company in a period of weeks which no shareholder base should be expected to absorb without any serious news or proof of return, and you seriously think that the flippers have done just as much damage??
Don't blame flippers, please Flippers are not idiots to kill runs. When people have enough confidence they don't flip, but hold for mega-runs. But, if you can expect 100M added to the float every morning you will be flipping if you're smart enough.
