my reply is for you to observe the recent behavior of the stock. You can choose to believe whatever you want, but the dilution, the pump and dump and the parties involved, and the stock's decline since Kistler's involvement say otherwise.

Officially, Kistler is the IR--no control over the company. But the facts on the trading floor clearly say otherwise.

There is a pattern to the stocks Kistler is IR on--he is much more than IR even if that's his title.
