highly unlikely they raise rates today, they have done their work without raising rates. Its the language that is important, or so it seems

The first "gut reaction" of the market if they raise today, will probably be a tank, but later it should stabilize and slowly come back, it seems the market is waiting for "language" rather than actual rise in overnight rates here.
