We know for a fact just from reading several googled Ohio Newspapers that the CEO put together a 33 person task force to keep DHL and save 6 - 8 k jobs.
The shares were sold off in a panic so this rise could be one or all or several things. Shorts covering = Dead Cat Bounce = MM Manipulation = Other investors have taken notice of oversold??? Maybe somthing else, your guess is as good as mine.
