I don't like the part where they only use 10% Rivera juice. The only way to verify the safety of JR juce is to run it at 100%. And the 10% mixture will save the airlines nothing. Why not mitigate the risk and forget the JR juice alltogether?
I think that JR should try to sell his fuel at half the going rate of jet fuel. That would attract some buyers who really need to cut costs.
Of course, testing this new fuel in the air with passengers might be a tad risky. IMHO, a ground test using a current jet engine running 24/7 would prove useful.
