geopic,,,I know you addressed this to melloray but here are my 2 cents. I totally understand what you are saying and to suggest that you are disinheartened would be an understatement. No one likes to loose. We all know that past performance can be, in all aspect of a business, a good indication of whats to come. But in saying that, does it mean that one must then shut the door on any possibility of progress and similtaneoulsy reccommend the same for everyone else? There are countless examples in business where things were not run right in the past but then everything turned around. Call me an optimist.
