In addition, AMD can't make GTL+ compatible processors or chipsets, that was settled in a lawsuit. So the patent cross-license in question probably refers to processor core only. And even that is probably only restricted to the instruction set and future additions, since AMD had to come up with their own micro-architecture. So I don't think cHTT falls under this agreement. Not that I think Intel would use it even if it did.
