Scottrade wount let me buy!!! something is up.. and this will pop cause when scottrade does things like you gotta call in for this security it always pops. I was gonna buy DCFF when it was .0008 and they wanted to call in buys and it poped to .01 and now back to .005 and the funny thing is now you can buy it without calling..HMMMMMMMM
