**There's a process in buying out a publicly traded company:

1) Approach
2) NDA with name of company / depending on the buyer
3) LOI with buyer
4) Finalize offer and exchange sell

~It amazes me how anyone could complain about the PR ... it was informing the investors that an "International Group" had approached them for a buyout interest ... and more information will be forthcoming! The PR kept it pretty simple!
