I might be somewhat wary if Tom were returning every shareholder phone call..... however, as of late he's responded to a few shareholders via email. I'll wait for the next shareholder letter.
Like I said the other day - With 4000+ shareholders on record, I imagine Tom and company receive an ungodly amount of phone calls/emails daily - ones that may include shareholder concerns/questions. And who knows how many of those phone calls/emails are from disgruntled shareholders threating to kick Tom's @ss, threating lawsuits, threating to take what they consider justice into their owns hands, etc., etc., comments that stem from lowly, insulting, uncivilized behavior... I almost feel more sorry for the company than I do my paper loss right now. Know what? The paper loss is temporary. However, regarding Tom, the man proved himself a long time ago for me.
