The company is doing just fine....actually there are exciting happenings and more M&As coming our way....

1. The "first" of five former WiseBuys store conversions will soon be completed. There will be a "Grand Opening" on June 14, 2008 for the "new" Canton Hackett's. Four more former WiseBuys are currently transitioning into "Hackett's" over the coming months.

2. NEW Hackett's store will be opening in Sackets Harbor in about a week or so.

3. The company is currently in discussions with representatives for two new possible Hackett’s store locations - opening these two stores will result in the initial push outside the region. Reports say the deal is just about done - just waiting on the signatures from the lawyers.

4. The company is in discussions with a Metro restaurant for possible acquisition.

5. Franchise model currenting being explored for “Goodfello’s Brick-Oven Pizza and Wine Bar” - Seven specific markets initially targeted for Goodfello's locations.

If I were a CEO that had to deal with the mentality of most holders, I'd hide under the desk as well. Grow up people -- thinking will offer you profit.

LOL....Tom isn't hiding. He's actually working around the clock - aiming to build intrinsic value for shareholders.

Some shareholders need to have just little more patience.

He is updating us via PR/Filings, good or bad, but we know what's going on. Few unanswered Q's are due, and hopefully we will get the A's.
