A pittance compared to their option grants and salary. They spend a little to continue getting a lot.

Now in Goerner's case, I'll admit he's new but I'm looking at past CEO compensation. He can expect something similar, IMO.

Goerner isn't kicking anyone off the BoD. He's their puppet, not the other way around.
