I agree with this. In talking to these guys, they are clearly stressing to get all there filings up to date and to provide the SEC with all the requested info. Most companies would not bother with any of this.

They may currently have some financial difficulties, but they are focused! I have buys in, waiting to be filled on the dips. GO PMEDE! ooops...PMED ;-)
