He's going to have to get major distribution, not rinky dink scam jobs like Rush, but the big boys, otherwise this goes nowhere, unless he can get big boy type money. You can pretty much walk into Target and get product on their shelves, it just will cost you. I've noticed that in the penny market one of the first places these guys get into is Target, so it is a big step, but not really that big when you think about how they have to pay for shelf space. Most don't know, but if you're not a major like Campells or Johnson & Johnson, you have to pay for shelf space, the store either wants to make money off of volume or from selling shelf space. This has a long way to go, at least a few years, I'd expect lots more dillution and possible a r/s, then once they have it's going good, they will have a nice clean slate to start from. RR pumped himself up way more than he should have, he's clearly not the baller he made himself out to be, where's the Sheriff with all his great distribution deals??? So far it looks like 150M have been added to the OS in the past few months, how many more to go???IMO

Thehelm - you're stating that they have private investors ? How do you know of such knowledge ?

If you are referring to calling Philip Morgan and him stating that he was having a meeting or another call with an investor I wouldnt necessarily take that as a private investor.

If they do have private investors what would be their interest and ultimate payoff ?
