I don't think we have had a full week with no AH. There were a few days with very low volume and no AH. They could not have been out of shares at that time if you are basing it on the AH anyway. At that time we had what 65M AH? They would have had 65M yet to go if the AH was from new shares. The AH is certainly mysterious and something I'd like to be able to explain completely, but I doubt we can attribute it all to new shares.
