Unless I was not paying attention on Fri., we did not see the AS increase until yesterday, and the SP actually went up yesterday. In other words, had been "bleeding" long before we knew about the AS, and to settle some people's minds, we already needed some communication, so I don't think the PR was a trick or anything. I doubt they would put out the info. if they were not nearly 100% sure the deal would go through, so I'm looking forward to them finalizing the deal.

why would you dilute for peanuts,and hurt yourself in the process ie all the insider held shares are also affected. not rational. RR is to much of a heavyweight for a low level pinkie scam IMMHO

I think they have made around $13,000 so far today but if the SP had dropped to say .004 or lower that number would have been much less.
