I have read nothing to indicate dilution is happening.
I think all the sell pressure is simply due to the late filing, which is hurting the pps more and more on a daily basis.
I also see that continuing until the filing comes out, and then the pps will react accordingly.
Hopefully Adam is aware of this and working to get it out fast.
My cost basis is about .0074 so I am REALLY anxious to get this going. If they still haven't filed by end of week, I may be forced to cut my losses. I would hate to have to do that when it seems the product has so much promise, but as an investor, I look at the company to PRODUCE.
Meaning doing what they're supposed to do, and getting reports done is a part of that.
