We are not being lied to. Why stay in if you think you are being lied to unless you are just selling into the news?
HFBV has obviously stated calculations that they should not have stated. I cannot give them high marks on following through with stated time frames. However, not meeting expected (and they did say expected) completion dates does not mean they are lying to us. They did not make a promise as some other poster has stated a few times.
I am way too patient for me to give you a reasonable time frame for them to complete the deal w/ Pilot, so I will not make any deals with you. However, I would think that if they are in final negotiations with Pilot, we should see it completed by mid July. That does not mean that if it takes longer they are lying. It just means that business deals, especially with a start up, can take some time to complete.
It would be great to get in with Pilot. That is bigger than what you think strategically. That nearly puts HFBV nation-wide overnight (40 states). If people like HFBV products as much as I have already heard, we will soon have coverage nation wide--that is people who know the products. Hawaii is a little far out there, but I'm sure somebody from Hawaii will eventually stop at a Pilot. Don't we already have an investor from Hawaii.
HFBV is still trading at less than the shell value IMO, and the overall value with distribution deals coming to completion just keeps going up.
