Did they ever say they expected the Mercatus loan to close? I thought it was in a filing and plenty of opinions where made by all the board experts, but, did the company ever say they expected it to close other than they were trying for it when pressed by shareholders after it was discovered in the filling that they had paid an advance fee? (By the way it is quite common for advance fees to be paid for a lender to look at a commercial loan.)
WHP03 was insinuating the doors are ready to be shut. My point was if they are getting more revenue in this next year than any other by a substantial amount how can he say he thinks the doors will be closing?

EW, just between you and me lets say $40 million is the number that it grosses. How much has the movie grossed from the gate so far , how much has gone to NVC and of that figure how much has been spent on the tech? Seems to me that IF it grosses $40 million we may see as much as $2.78 left over to spend on the tech. It's a losing proposition if you ask me. ( I know, I know, no one asked me. LOL LOL LOL LOL )
