They have no tech that works to show you, Bills people, the designated shareholder representives with the one million offer.

If there was another answer to this such as a partnership in the works and that's why they didn't talk they wouldn't have went for the type of financing they did.

Even if you had a partnership, you would be a stupid business man not to listen to all offers.

Thus, no working tech.

Let me get this straight, you represent a person/party/group of investors that has seen the tech work and you/they have $150 million to invest and the loan was turned down by NVC? Please bear with me because I may have misunderstood the statements in my first sentence. ( I believe those statements came from your posts but please correct me if they didnt. ) If you assert that those statements are true : 1. I do not believe you have access to $150 million 2. If you have seen the tech work and it is good and you were willing to put up to $150 into it ; I do not believe that NVC would have turned it down and 3. I WAS born at night but , my friend, it was not LAST night!!! Just who are you trying to kid with these goofy assertions?
