Balihi, I'm with you 100% BRO., lets see what happens this week, the Pilot is done, so we might see a PR.....Is the site still up, and do you still see Walmart logos in the site, and Dont forget the TV NETWORK DEAL....Could also be announced...So things are still on schedule, we just need clarification on AS shares issued...

I think with ADCS it's safe to assume that at any one time, the entire AS is being traded, or soon will be........one way or another, whether they're free trading, or shorted against restricted, OR 'escrowed' certificates.....Only way to know what is out there is to keep close tabs on the TA.

Last time I called the OS was 470M or so. Let's see what it is by next Friday, shall we........Then we can return to these posts and see who's right......

Btw, after they increased the Auth to 5B, I called the TA and asked what the structure was......they said they were unaware of the increase in the Auth.....so it took awhile for them to get the news apparently.

It's the TA that cuts the certificates, so if the OS increases we should know immediately......but what about convertible notes....are they issued first, and THEN the TA is notified to cut a cert, or what?....I don't know the details of how that all works, or how they could possibly get around having the TA know what's actually trading....what games can they play ???????

Because back in April, when the OS was 200M or so, this stock traded like the OS was MUCH higher....some said it was because trading crews were running her, but I don't know....there were a LOT of shares trading...WAY more than an OS of 200M could justify......z
