Can we take your points one at a time?
1. For months you said you won't believe anything unless posted by the co. or in a link by a shady newspaper in Nigeria.
Now, you won't believe anything in a pr released by the co. on Market wire ?
2. Yes the co. has stated it must re-state earnings back to 2002 (during the former mgmt's tenure). Why would they do this ? Seems a co. NOT worth believing would ignore past accounting errors and misrepresentations and simply sweep them under the rug, no ?
3. You ask for accountants signatures. Funny I have never, after reading thousands of press releases seen an accountants signature on a PR that was not accompanied by an earnings release. This pr, as you can plainly read is an operations update, something btw, that we srongly requested in our letter to the BOD.
Further, RS well knows the risks of making false public statements.
