I realize that this reply is to a post that is a couple days old (and a couple hundred posts ago), but I just wanted to chime in with some historical data.
Although I believe you are correct that PDGT did not go over 2, it most certainly did not top out at 1.117. Check the data for June 4 and 5, 2007. These were high volume days, with the majority of volume between 1.3 - 1.5 cents.
