in all honesty, it does not matter if it is 5B or 1B. It would probably make you feel better if it was 1B, but in the end, any company can increase the AS from 1B to 5B in the same day and still be diluting the hell out of it, so that does not matter at all. It's just all about dilution, and these guys are doing it. Will they stop or not? That's the only question one should ask themselves...
5 Billion? lol you know what I would like to see, and yes this is me expecting pinky land to produce something that you would see on a Nasdaq stock, how about just a clue of how many shares needed to be issued to produce their TV advertising? (if we even ever see it) 5 Bil isn't squat in pinky land imo. Get to 10 - 15 Bil then we're talkin. The AS doesn't matter unless the printers are on full speed - which they probably will be, and if the deal was set for whoever they gave the shares to for a conversion from .00001 or .000001 good luck. People paint a pretty gloomy picture whenever the AS is raised on any stock. It's a pink - dilution central in most cases. Play at your own risk right? We've seen plenty with greater AS's run pretty good. A couple indicators I watch is the ACC/Dist and the CMF. When they are dumping they're pointing south. When they stop, they hook - so just like any other pinky play - I like the TA side.
