They can mitigate the switch with tax pools though initially (in some cases DAY.UN, PWT.UN) ... I think Pennwest wants to GROW.... Anyway I'm just under 30% cash..
This has been my plan as you know, often thwarted, to be high cash by summer.. (higher still) ... working the plan... maybe this time my timing is right... finally .... ;o)
