Definately a radiatiation sticker on that bucket!
He just put it in front of him and seemed to light the torch(?) attached to it. Fiddled with something. Then picked up the Geiger counter and walked away and came back 2 minutes later.

Is there some type of welding device which uses radioactive gas?
