The company has never diluted shares? They arent really even a company yet, or are you talking about IMTD? Here's a thought, what if they do a R/S, apparently a lot of companies do that after a merger. I highly doubt we would need one, I think we have a pretty decent share structure. Or they could dilute right after they finalize the merger.
