FWIW, My PCBM shares were exchanged for SRCI shares yesterday. No fuss, no muss. Gott'a love not havin' to mess with certs. I think if you have the certs and try to turn them in to sell, the brokerage would want to take their time to confirm them. I would think they'll be illiquid unless exchanged. Of course, even exchanged they're pretty much illiquid in cert form, but don't tell the mullets. They'll just think I'm bashing.

I guess I'll pass on Google. I already have tried owning a company which refuses to report earnings.

I don't think Google is saying it won't make quarterly reports; that's not optional if you're listed on a major exchange. They're just saying they aren't going to offer "guidance". My guess is that all they really mean is that they won't be doing conference calls and the like.
