I gotta believe that DR's presentation to prospective PP investor's laid out a roadmap and timeline for moving to a more senior exchange.

DR doesn't do otcbb companies.

I simply can't see Gene Butler and DR doing a roadshow to folks willing to collectively pony up $40MM and saying "yep, we have the best company on the whole gosh-dang otcbb and your money will let us keep it that way". No way. No how.

Come to think it through, I am more sure than ever before DPDW is going to uplist, I am sure this was part of their dog and pony show, and I am even more sure that much of the rise we have seen recently is due to insts wanting more than they could take down in the PP.
