Panther-the auction system will probably tip the odds very much in favor of the small investor, many of whom will overbid in hopes of a quick flip.

Institutions will, no doubt enter cautiously, if at all for fear of buying a stock that may immediately go down in price. I imagine funds will wait til the dust settles on this one.
