A) An investment bank was confident enough to do a restricted stock swap for roughly 40 million USD

B) DPDW now owns FloTec (cash) and is basically debt free.

C) 18 mil in orders over the past several weeks.

D) No more preferred shares.

E) Wipe drool from mouth area regularly
