This is my thought process at least...
What do they have to gain by putting out a bunch of PRs when it does nothing to the PPS? It's not like they're diluting.
They went through a lot of trouble for nothing if they intend to close shop suddenly, including the amateur web sites that exist now. Someone had to work on it.
I prefer to see the delay in a PR as their decision to wait until they can give shareholders a "larger than envisaged" PR with all the acquisitions, including the Bank.
...that's my thought process...because I'm an optimistic person.
