Well BUD, I'd have to disagree on that point. People are inside the roped off area. These signs, when prioperly used, are meant to keep people out of the subject area.
I initially thought maybe they were going to do some radiography but what would they need that for.
Just strange to see these signs used in a non-nuclear facility.
