It has to break $36 on a closing basis and with a volatile stock like NVEC and a volatile market, you must allow even greater leeway... Break of $35, though will open flood gates all the way to the low $20' (look at MAGS going from $40 to $15 in less than two weeks....). I would be an NVEC buyr in the $36.5 to $38 area myslef.
