In the absence a full explanation we don't know what they were told about the shell let alone what covenants were part of the r/m agreement on either side...so that's the only reason I'm saying that it's time for EVERYONE involved behind the scenes to quit with the bs already & do whatever it takes to take whatever steps necessary to do what's fair for all & get on with the biz of providing their story to market...best to u & all
