Patriot Scientific's fiscal year begins June 1st and ends May 31st.
Q1 June 1 - August 31
Q2 September 1 - November 30
Q3 December 1 - February 29
Q4 March 1 - May 31

The company releases earnings 30 to 45 days following the end of the quarter and 60 to 90 days following the end of the year.

You are right that the year ended May 31st. They have 60 to 90 days to file the 10K. Historically they are closer to filing at the end of the time instead of the beginning.

Last year it was filed in August.
