So what's the bottom-line subtext in regard to Deep Down?

Is it:

A) the storms will potentially damage equipment already bought and Deep Down would stay busy filling orders for replacement purchases

or,

B) operators will postpone their purchases until the season passes to avoid the chance of having a loss and delay

or,

C) something more sublime than A or B...
