Why did we need tax cuts? Yogi pumped 4 TRILLION into this disaster that HE had to BORROW! How dumb was that? We got hit one time under Clinton also and we didn't know it was coming but YOGI did.

Help me understand why we should enjoy borrowing money from countries, mainly China, to pay for tax cuts/tax rebates WHILE also borrowing money, mainly from China, to pay for The Decider's war of choice.
