One would suppose there are many reasons why cell culture has so far been unable to produce antithombin. There is no reason to analyse them: all that matters is the raw fact-in-the-world that it hasn't. It is naked pretense and nothing else to claim that this particular cell line is revolutionary in the range of its expressive capability. If you want to peddle your FUD by claiming so the burden of proof is yours.
