Stanley01, I just went through the same thing with SYNM. I think ACUS management will get the partnership, no-one likes an rs and... they just filed a 'new drug application' NDA with the FDA on Feb 28 08. For a big pharma to come in at this stage should be attractive since so much time and money has been spent already - that much closer to market.
