The PR said chose to audit their full financials & they're obviously nowhere near ready for that so who cares that E&Y was removed from pinksheets a week ago yesterday...was surprised no-one on this board brought it up 'til today as people doing constant due on this issue should be constantly checking all of the available info sources & should've already known last friday at the latest of E&Y's removal imo

EDIT: that E&Y removal was most likely a result from a letter i sent to E&Y stating this,...but you all can ask BHS for an accurate reason,...

Blue_Horse_Shoe',... FWIW,...i sent an e-mail to E&Y.

this is the tact i took,...

i stated i found this company AQUI while conducting due diligence on the water sector. i went on to say in one of the companys press releases company principles stated that they had choose E&Y to conduct financials for the AQUI.

i stated i found it difficult to believe that E&Y would conduct service with a pinksheet company based on the stature of their international reputation. but i felt it necessary to pass this info to E&Y in case E&Y was not aware that a pinksheet company was using their brandname as a promotion device to pump up the AQUI shareprice.

i did receive a response that they would be giving this information to the proper channels at E&Y to investigate.,..and forwarded to the appropriate department for their attention.

again,..FWIW,...lets see what happens.

i don't want to see anyone get damaged here in case this is not what many are hoping it to be.

I have an absolute abhorrence for companys siting and publishing information that conveys possible falsehood to the public and especially the investing public I have taken it upon my self to contact you and present this matter for your inspection.

Recently I conducted due diligence on the Water Industry and found a piece of information that might be fraudulent. Since this company is a Pinksheet listed company I found it highly unlikely that E&Y would be representing them,...hence the reason for passing on this information to your offices for inspection of
accuracy.

I will simply share with you the Press Release (below my signature) from said company AguaGold International (AQUI.PK) and you will know if this information is accurate or something that you need to go after with a legal approach.
