Regarding OTC's, in general,

The otc has been dead since early Feb. Volume has declined, and news/speculation hasn't moved them. Remember this

The OTC heats up when Big Caps and Mid Caps are overpriced. Of course you could argue they are right now, lol, but when they are overpriced and still moving up, the OTC heats up as money flows into speculative.

The OTC usually heats up in May. Until then, limit the number of OTC's you are in, I would say no more than 30% of your portfolio.
