Not really, it's just a fond notion that we might someday
commercialize a rhAAT fusion protein, say for CF, of the
sort described in the article. There are a lot of
things, eg bone morphogenic proteins, that we might do with
enough time, money, and luck. Unfortunately we seem to be
in short supply of all three.

I mainly posted that because it bore on GG's comment about
inhaled rhAAT; the postscript was 90% humorous and 10% serious.
