alpha1-antitrypsin bong. I bet if you mix inhaled insulin with a tiny bit of alpha1-antitrypsin and inhaled it, you wouldn't get lung cancer and you might get consistent delivery.

I bet inhaled alpha1-antitrypsin for COPD would be a hit. My grandmother could have lived 10 more years, at least.
