Atlas Mining filed a SEC Form 8-K today reporting its sale of 833,333 ALMI shares for $500,000. Taft's funds purchased 583,333 of the shares. The other 250,000 shares were sold to unknown parties or party. As this was a private placement, I am sure that Mr. Taft knows a lot more than we do. Hopefully no finders fee or cost was incurred in obtaining this funding.
