From what I can see you had about a 1 dollar drop on 10k shares traded which could just be someone who wanted to clear out a position.
After that panic seems to have set in possibly with stop losses. My guess is you see a rebound to perhaps just over 3 unless something bad really is lurking but I don't see anything on thunderbird.
